- To provide administrative support to the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team, including typing formal reports, letters, and memos, and organizing the collation and filing of reports, files, and records.
- To attend Strategy Meetings and other meetings as necessary, and to act as minute taker where appropriate.
- To undertake reception duties on behalf of the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team, including maintaining appropriate records of work undertaken and complying with required administrative procedures.
- To provide administrative support to the team, including providing administrative support to the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team.
- OCR (RSA II) qualification or equivalent or equivalent experience.
- Word Processing qualification/experience.
- GCSE English and Maths (grades AC) or equivalent NVQ qualification.
- You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
- You should have the right to work in the U.K.
