Join Our Team as a Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a skilled sales professional to become a vital part of our team on a full-time basis.

Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our customer base across the UK by enrolling new clients in our weekly fresh pasta subscription service.

At Nonna Tonda, face-to-face sales have always been a cornerstone of our business, and our exceptional sales team is crucial to our ongoing success and expansion. Our sales efforts are driven by nationwide events, direct outreach, pop-up opportunities, and canvassing in urban areas.

Please note: This position is exclusively for candidates based in London.

About Us:
We are akin to Hello Fresh, but with a simpler approach. We provide delectable fresh pasta and homemade sauces inspired by Italy's diverse regional cuisines. Our pasta is crafted fresh each morning, ensuring the highest quality. Each subscription box features a unique pasta, a savory homemade sauce, and a garnish that can be prepared in under five minutes.

Role Overview:

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday

  • Your work schedule will span from Wednesday to Sunday, as the success of this role hinges on maximizing interactions with the public, making weekend availability essential.
  • Working hours will vary based on location, typically ranging from 5 to 8 hours.
  • This role requires mobility and adaptability, as you will engage in various sales activities, including events, pop-ups, office spaces, and direct sales.

Compensation: Attractive

  • We offer a competitive compensation package with an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000, featuring uncapped commission alongside a solid base salary.

Additional Responsibilities: Team Leadership

  • While your primary focus will be on driving sales and generating leads, you may also take on team leadership responsibilities. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing sales shifts, as well as motivating and guiding a small team.

Ideal Candidates:

We seek naturally charismatic and confident individuals who are friendly and approachable. You should be a collaborative team player, a self-starter, and motivated to achieve and surpass sales targets. A full UK manual driving license and experience in driving are essential.
