The Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to develop and implement digital marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Represent our team and provide ideas and solutions that tie into our data-driven strategy.
  • Develop and document plans that outline how to best use various marketing surfaces to drive revenue and product usage across strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Understand business priorities, opportunity sizes, and resource availability to advise your strategy.
  • Use various data models and insights to determine the best approach.
  • Ensure alignment with global and regional priorities and initiatives to ensure locally driven campaigns operate in whitespace and deliver incremental benefit to the business.

Execution:

  • Roll out programs will require close collaboration with partnering teams in EMEA, US, and JAPAC, as well as hands-on involvement.
  • Closely run projects through the whole project cycle, from conception to closing.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up and detailed in our project management tool, ready for deployment.

Measuring and Success:

  • Understand what success looks like upfront.
  • Ensure important metrics are actionable, tied into overall business priorities, and communicated across all partnering teams.
  • Set up campaigns to measure metrics.
  • Establish testing frameworks to assess business impact.

Communicating Out:

  • Responsible for communicating in-quarter results across the team.
  • Showcase program progress and successes to partnering teams.
  • Feed into and present results at quarter-end reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in acquisition and retention related roles with a growth mindset and a proven understanding of CRM.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and execution of pan-EMEA email marketing campaigns in a consumer/e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-led decision making.
  • Proven track record to analyze, size, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Well-organized, reliable, and able to handle sophisticated projects involving multiple partners.
