Digital Marketing Customer Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive panel recruitment and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new panel members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing strategies that meet business objectives
- Manage relationships with suppliers and advertising partners to ensure high-quality campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead to prioritize panel recruitment efforts and optimize budget allocation
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, customer loyalty management, or panel management
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and panel growth through effective marketing strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign results and present findings to stakeholders
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data visualization tools and ability to create engaging reports and dashboards
