Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing Digital Agency. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness through effective performance marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels
  • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a similar role, with expertise in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders
