  • Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition and integration of the acquired business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement acquisition strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience in managing acquisitions within a blue collar environment
  • Experience in due diligence and harmonization of terms and conditions and processes
  • Ability to start a new role on short notice and commit to a 9-month duration
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week from our London city office
