About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As Interim HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading all acquisition activity for an upcoming acquisition, including due diligence and harmonisation of terms and conditions, policy, and process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all acquisition and integration activity, including due diligence and harmonisation of terms and conditions, policy, and process.
  • Report to the HR Director and work closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Develop and implement effective integration strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with the acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing several TUPE or acquisitions within a blue-collar environment, preferably in facilities management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid manner, with 2-3 days per week in the London city office.
