Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Client Experience Specialist to enhance our service delivery at a prestigious corporate environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a memorable experience for clients, guests, and stakeholders.

Position Overview
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours per week, with a shift schedule from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 6 PM. Flexibility for occasional overtime may be necessary based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering outstanding service to clients and guests, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Managing client reception and providing comprehensive office support across the organization.
  • Fostering strong relationships within the business, serving as a key contact for office assistance.
  • Coordinating client bookings and hospitality requests, overseeing on-site dining facilities.
  • Maintaining vending and coffee stations, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supplies.
  • Preparing meeting rooms, including setup and cleanup for meals and events.
  • Conducting inventory checks and light cleaning tasks as needed.
