HR Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at T3am International. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager in various aspects of human resources, including data analysis, reporting, and staff recruitment.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position, working 37 hours a week. You will be responsible for collecting, structuring, and analyzing HR data, as well as creating reports and metrics to support business decisions. Additionally, you will support staff recruitment through advertising, interviews, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze HR data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain accurate and visually appealing reports
  • Support staff recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies
Requirements
  • CIPD Qualified (partially or fully) and/or relevant experience
  • Experience working with HR systems and data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
