About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Assist with community activities, promoting social inclusion and independence
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their dignity and well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Valid driving license (essential)
