Care Support Worker

We are looking for dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults.
As a Care Support Worker with M&D Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support in a residential setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional and practical care to our service users, promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being.
The role requires a commitment to providing person-centred care, ensuring that each individual's needs are met and their choices respected. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal, while also maintaining the highest standards of care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical care and support to vulnerable adults in a residential setting.
- Deliver person-centred care plans, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is provided.
- Support service users with a range of tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household duties.
- Facilitate activities that promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Work independently, taking sole responsibility for a service user's care and support as required.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.

Additional Information:
