Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to individuals, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety of service users.
  • Follow care plans for each individual.
  • Take service users out into the community.
  • Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required.
  • Must be resilient.
  • Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role.
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
