We are seeking caring and passionate individuals to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to enable individuals to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensuring the safety of the service users.
  • Following care plans for each individual.
  • Taking service users out into the community.
  • Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Happy to do personal care.
  • Drivers (essential due to the nature of the role).
What We Offer

We offer a range of benefits, including:

  • A competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,962 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available.
  • Full-time hours of 40 per week + 1 sleep per week.
  • A permanent contract.
  • A variety of shifts, including optional sleeps and weekends.
  • Location: Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.
