**Transform Lives as a Support Worker**



M&D Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Residential Service team in a Penygroes, Llanelli setting. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of the people we support and their families, delivering emotional and practical care and support for vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide quality care for vulnerable adults within a residential setting, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided through person-centred care plans.
  • Offer focused support with a range of tasks, including personal care, preparing meals, administering medicine, shopping, and facilitating activities that promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
  • Work on a rota basis, including early starts, late finishes, day and night shifts, and weekend working, providing a stable and reliable service.
  • Support individuals with mental health and learning disabilities, ensuring their safety and health are fulfilled.
  • Work within the regulatory requirements as identified within Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
