About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team at Macgregor Black. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own an account/category within SDA or CW and lead quarterly commercial planning cycles.
  • Utilize data from customer dashboards and third-party tools to inform business performance and support Channel Controllers in measuring actuals vs. plan.
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to drive account performance and implement strategic objectives.
  • Drive UX adjustments and AB testing to enhance conversion rates.
  • Support Sales Operations with forecasting and internal management planning.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to deliver internal management plans.
  • Manage commercial agreement submissions and actualisation with Commercial Finance.
  • Support Accounts Receivable in safeguarding and coordinating finance claims processes.
Requirements
  • Essential: Amazon account management experience.
  • Preferred: Consumer electronics or housewares experience.
  • High-level analytical skills and ability to share insights and lessons.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
  • Ability to build and lead external customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
