About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at FMCG Exec. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the strategic management of ecommerce customers across our client's biggest customer groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and the wider commercial team to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and innovation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ecommerce and account management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

This role is based in South London, with the option to work from home one day a week.
