Business Development Manager - £45-50k + Bonus - Corporate Travel Agency

About the Role

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our established team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their strategic goals and objectives, and consultatively selling value-added solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive client growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels
  • Deliver regular strategic reviews of the travel programme to ensure client compliance and satisfaction
  • Drive contract renewals and retention of clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional business development and account management in the corporate travel sector
  • Experience in writing client development business plans and strategic reviews
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to pick up on buying signals and absorb information to consultatively sell relevant solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen
