Creative Support is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centered care to individuals with diverse needs, including physical disabilities, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and more.

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Care Support Workers to join our team at a vibrant residential care facility located just minutes from Mile End. Our service offers 41 flats providing comprehensive nursing care for older adults.

Your Role
  • Provide personalized support to residents, empowering them to maintain their well-being and achieve their life goals.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment through effective communication and engagement.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and domestic tasks, ensuring residents' comfort and independence.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in meaningful activities, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
