About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Female Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our service users, empowering them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support to service users, promoting their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective support service
- Participate in regular supervision and appraisal meetings to discuss training and development needs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of service users
