About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with care needs, empowering them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with care needs, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with personal care and domestic tasks, ensuring the individual's physical and emotional needs are met
  • Support individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities, promoting their personal growth and development
  • Work collaboratively with the individual's circle of support to ensure their needs are met and their goals are achieved
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Bengali and English
  • Experience of working with individuals with care needs, preferably in a care or support setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals and their families
  • Flexibility to work on a zero-hours contract, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Commitment to promoting the values and principles of Creative Support Ltd
