Creative Support Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centred support to older adults in a residential nursing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks to enable individuals to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing
- Support individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities
- Work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, which may include evenings and weekends
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to a person-centred approach to support, focusing on individual needs and goals
Requirements:
- Advanced skills in positive communication and engagement
- Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all service users
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of settings and with diverse populations
