About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing our products and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads and drive sales performance.
  • Identify market opportunities and gaps for setting up new business partnerships.
  • Support events and align with other business units to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous success in sales management and account management, specification sales, or project sales in a technical sector.
  • Experience in business-to-business technical solutions sales in fire detection or security/intrusion.
  • Strong ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building and expanding relationships across organizations.
  • Proficiency in developing successful sales plans and fostering teamwork.
  • Valid UK driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in surveying buildings and designing fire/security systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
