About the Role

Mackinnon Bruce International is partnering with a leading Pre Clinical Contract Research Organisation to hire a Territory Sales Manager to cover the North of the UK. This exciting opportunity will see you represent the company's products and services in the region, identifying new partnership opportunities with Pharma, Biotech, and Academic Research institutes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy for the region, driving growth and revenue.
  • Maintain existing accounts and prospect new customers within Academia, Biotech, and Pharma.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with national key opinion leaders.
  • Contribute to the development of partnerships and participate in conferences, medical and scientific meetings, congresses, and symposiums.
  • Approximately 3 days of travel in the field per week.

Requirements

  • Minimum BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, selling services or products to the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
