About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Collab Talent Solutions Ltd. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and advising our clients with our full range of products, collaborating closely with branch operatives and regional managers to maximize profitability and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts, promoting and advising clients on our full range of products.
  • Collaborate closely with branch operatives and regional managers to maximize profitability and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a territory visit program with industry insight, driving profitability and contributing to company success.
  • Generate leads and capitalize on given prospects, utilizing excellent phone and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Work closely with internal and external colleagues, demonstrating a reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative approach.
Requirements
  • Desirable sales experience within the construction, distribution, building supplies, or related industry.
  • Full UK License and residency in the south of the UK.
  • Ability to manage your own territory, with a proactive approach to winning new business and retaining existing accounts.
  • Excellent customer focus, relationship-oriented, and committed to ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to plan and execute a territory visit program with industry insight.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (or a willingness to learn).
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (flexible for industry applicants).
