Mackinnon Bruce International is partnering with a leading Pre-Clinical Contract Research Organisation to hire a Territory Sales Manager to cover the North of the UK.

The Client
A Pre-Clinical CRO providing early-stage, pre-clinical drug discovery services to Biotech, Pharma, and Academic Research Institutes across Europe. Their services include in-vivo and in-vitro research models and services that support drug development and discovery across various therapeutic areas, including Immuno-Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Cardio-Vascular Diseases, Metabolic Disorders, Inflammation, and Autoimmune.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute commercial strategy for the region.
- Maintain existing accounts and prospect new customers within Academia, Biotech, and Pharma.
- Contribute to the development of partnerships and participate in conferences, medical, and scientific meetings, congresses, and symposiums.
- Approximately 3 days of travel in the field per week.
Requirements
- Minimum BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, selling services or products to the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
