Key Responsibilities
  • Empower stakeholders through ad-hoc analyses using ecommerce analytics platforms, providing actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and lead the day-to-day transition to a data-driven culture, aligning analytics with business goals and informing crucial decisions.
  • Drive data-led optimisation, leveraging digital data to optimize key business areas, from merchandising to commercial, with clear action recommendations.
  • Foster a data-first mindset, collaborating with stakeholders to embed data-driven decision making across all digital activities.
  • Monitor market trends, analyse competitor performance, and share insights to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Become the E-commerce team's analytics power user, promoting tool awareness and capability.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Experience within Google Analytics 4/GA4.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce/retail landscape.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
