Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service. This includes providing support to both the staff team and the individuals we serve.

We are looking for candidates who have achieved a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in shifts, with an additional payment provided for each session.

As a Team Leader, participation in the On Call rota for the service is expected, with additional compensation for each session.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex care is essential.
  • Experience in a leadership role or as a senior support worker is required.
  • Strong understanding of person-centered care and co-production principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
