About the Position
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the service. This includes providing support to both the staff team and the individuals we serve.
We are looking for candidates who have achieved a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care.
This role will require participation in sleep-in shifts, with an additional payment of £60 per sleep-in session.
As a Team Leader, you will also be part of the On Call rota for the service, receiving an extra £10 per session.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex care is essential.
- Experience in a leadership role or as a senior support worker is required.
- Strong knowledge of person-centered care and co-production principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Dependable, empathetic, and committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
