Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team.

As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheotomy and ventilation care.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheotomy and ventilation care
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to children and their families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in childcare with ventilation care and tracheostomy care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
