Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheotomy and ventilation care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children with complex needs
  • Assist with tracheotomy and ventilation care, including suctioning and oxygen therapy
  • Support children with seizure management and stoma care
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to children and their families

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in childcare with ventilation care and tracheostomy care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide emotional support and reassurance to children and their families
