Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients in the community and in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the independence and well-being of our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in complex care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in health and social care, preferably in complex care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Enhanced DBS check and other relevant certifications.
