We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Shropshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our customers, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Manage medication and administer as required
  • Support customers with meal preparation and cooking
  • Assist customers with home management and maintenance
  • Promote independence and well-being of customers
Requirements
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Access to a car/vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent level of English
