Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service. This includes supporting both the staff team and the individuals receiving support.

We are looking for candidates who have achieved a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in shifts, with an additional payment for each session.

As a Team Leader, participation in the On Call rota is expected, with additional compensation for each session.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex care - essential
  • Experience in a leadership role or as a senior support worker - essential
  • Strong understanding of person-centered care and co-production principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
