Complex Care Enabling Support Worker

They are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Enabling Support Worker to join their dedicated team.
The Role
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and other conditions.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support.
- Implement and follow personalised care plans and support strategies.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required.
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to engage in community activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care.
- Support individuals in managing challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support techniques.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in complex care.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and co-production principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex needs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Welcome bonus of A£500 on completion of a successful probation (terms apply).
- Competitive hourly rate of up to A£12.70, dependent on experience.
