We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of our complex care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our staff and the individuals we support to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent care

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in complex care
  • Experience in team leading or working in a senior support worker role
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and co-production principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex needs
