Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jellycat. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand throughout the independent retailers within the South region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stockists, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective brand representation and visual merchandising in-store.
  • Identify new luxury target stockists and secure new accounts to expand our reach.
  • Develop and present quarterly regional updates to the line manager and Head of UK Sales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in a luxury brand.
  • Strong commercial skills and understanding of the DNA of our brand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stockists and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Passionate about Jellycat and our characters and brand.
