Purpose

To lead and manage a field force team to drive company revenues and profitability by aligning Chiesi's Respiratory Portfolio with NHS customer needs.

Work with the team to create solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for selected Health Care Professionals across their locality.

Key priorities include:

  • Respiratory portfolio growth
  • Commercial agreements, such as rebate management for key respiratory brands
  • B'Corp & Sustainability initiatives
Profile

We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the respiratory therapy area.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Exceptional knowledge of the NHS and its agenda
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen and a proven track record in commercialising pharmaceutical products
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix management structure
  • ABPI Qualified
  • Full UK Driving licence
Main Responsibilities

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for:

  • Increasing company revenues and market share of the Respiratory Portfolio
  • Contribution to strategic discussions and marketing planning processes
  • Directing the team to achieve regional objectives and territory plans
  • Deploying resources and skills to meet customer needs
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and developing financially sound business proposals
  • Delivering KPIs, including sales, NPS, project delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting and managing team members, developing talent, and building strong relationships across the team
  • Recruitment and retention of high-calibre team members
  • Implementing company-wide performance management processes
  • Developing strategic customer plans to deliver business growth
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and developing financially sound business proposals
  • Developing customer partnerships and enabling Chiesi to be a respiratory partner of choice
  • Taking responsibility for selected senior Health Care Professionals across the LHE
  • Identifying and developing long-term partnerships with key senior customers
  • Pioneering digital and face-to-face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms
  • Empathising with customers and recognising their challenges to support co-created solutions
  • Coaching and leading customer channel orchestration within the region
  • Adhering to the ABPI Code of Practice and Chiesi's policies, procedures, and Company Values
  • Contributing to the UK Affiliate's pursuit of B Corp credentials
