Our team specializes in delivering comprehensive Project and Programme Management Services across various sectors.

We collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including governmental organizations and major corporations.

As part of our expanding team, you will work alongside experienced Project Managers, contributing to projects both locally and in collaboration with other offices.

Key Responsibilities:

In the capacity of a Junior Project Coordinator, you will assist a Project Director in effectively managing and executing capital investment projects. Your involvement will span all phases of project delivery, from initial studies to contract administration.

Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting client-side project management, focusing on stakeholder engagement, scheduling, and contract oversight.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
  • Assisting in the management of Project Management assignments, ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Coordinating the production and approval of management information generated by the project team.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, ensuring they receive relevant training.
  • Engaging in business development initiatives with existing and prospective clients.
  • Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.

We are looking for:

Minimum Qualifications:


• A relevant degree or professional certification (preferably MRICS)

• Experience in a similar consultancy or relevant field

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with JCT/NEC contracts

Preferred Qualifications:


• APM affiliation is advantageous

• Ideally, candidates should be local or willing to relocate
