Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Junior Project Coordinator, you will partner with a Project Director to facilitate the management and execution of capital investment projects. Your responsibilities will encompass providing client-side project management support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial studies to contract administration and project handover.
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Client-side project management, focusing on stakeholder engagement, scheduling, and contract oversight.
- Acting as the primary liaison with clients, both new and existing.
- Building strong collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Leading the execution of project management assignments, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Overseeing the timely delivery of project management outputs, adhering to established quality standards.
- Coordinating and approving all management information produced by the project management team prior to distribution.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring they receive relevant training.
- Engaging in business development initiatives with current and prospective clients, identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunities.
- Managing tender documentation, evaluations, and negotiations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (preferably MRICS)
• Experience in a similar consultancy or relevant business
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with JCT/NEC contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
• APM affiliation is a plus
• Ideally, candidates should be local or willing to relocate
