Channel Development Manager

At Universal Robots, we're redefining automation for a world where people work with robots, not like robots. As a Channel Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth in your territory by engaging with potential customers and managing our distributor network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing relationships with distributors to increase revenue and meet ambitious growth targets
- Travel to meet clients, conduct demonstrations, and attend trade shows to support our distributors
- Maintain existing connections and develop future business in Ireland
- A strong understanding of our value proposition and ability to present it to clients, prospects, and education centers
- Experience with structured sales plans, budgets, pipeline management, and commercial awareness
- A high energy, intelligent professional who thrives in a challenging, entrepreneurial environment
