Unlock Sales Growth as a Channel Development Manager

At Universal Robots, we're redefining automation and empowering businesses to work with robots, not like robots. As a Channel Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in your territory by engaging with potential customers and managing our distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales in the channel
  • Manage and nurture relationships with distributors to drive business growth
  • Travel to meet clients, conduct demonstrations, and attend trade shows to support sales efforts

As a key member of our UK-based team, you'll report directly to the UK and Ireland Country Manager and cover the territory of Scotland and the island of Ireland. Your strong commercial awareness, presentation skills, and ability to communicate the value proposition to end-users will be essential in driving sales performance.

We're looking for a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and business development. If you have a strong sense of commercial awareness, experience with structured sales plans, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, we want to hear from you.
