About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team at We Do Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling: Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop financial models that support business strategy and goals.
  • Commercial Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Design and deliver regular reporting and dashboards to support day-to-day operations and decision-making.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets to support business planning and strategy.
  • Cost of Sale Analysis: Analyze and optimize cost of sale to improve profitability and competitiveness.
  • Commission Schemes: Develop and implement commission schemes to motivate sales teams and drive revenue growth.
  • Business Partnerships: Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier or part-qualified finance professional.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a commercially focused management accountant, financial analyst, finance business partner or within an FP&A/commercial finance function.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
