Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Data Analyst to join our team at We Do Group. As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial strategy by analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Analyst to develop and maintain financial models that support business strategy
  • Working with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Analyst to determine short and long-term goals for sales distribution strategy
  • Ensuring efficient execution and maintenance of all commercial and tactical schemes, including target setting, ongoing reporting of partner performance, and final results
  • Supporting activity analysis on commission schemes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support commercial decision-making
  • Modeling past, current, and future channel mix
  • Providing agreed external reporting to support all commercial activities, including performance vs. target details for sales partners
  • Working with the sales team to identify channel trends and improve understanding of ROI on all investment activities to support investment decisions and future distribution strategy
  • Co-op Marketing Analysis and tracking
  • Creating and maintaining complex Excel models to support business processes
  • Developing processes to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
  • Compiling business and trade partner performance updates as required
  • Monitoring Market Data & Market Trends

About You

We are looking for a well-educated graduate with a background in finance, business, data, or computing who is keen to step into a data-focused analytical role or someone who has prior work experience in a data-focused analyst role.

A graduate making their first move after university would be considered, but ideally, you will have some relevant work experience.

We need someone ambitious who enjoys working with data and has a commercial mindset, allied to the people skills to add value to a variety of stakeholders.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,500 + strong benefits. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week in the office.
