About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic team at Novuna. As a key member of our treasury function, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our financial markets activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily borrowing transactions and deal input, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing compliant accounting documentation and ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Manage foreign exchange and interest rate swap transactions, including GBP and foreign currency borrowings, to optimize treasury process resilience.
  • Develop and maintain processes and controls to ensure a high level of control and treasury process resilience.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of treasury principles and practices, including foreign payments, valuation of derivatives, and accounting for treasury transactions.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with a high degree of accuracy and ability to explain complex calculations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and work closely with internal and external contacts.
  • Passion for continued learning and interest in working in financial markets.
