Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ticketing Operations Officer to join our team at Reed. As a Ticketing Operations Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Administrative Support:
- Process and maintain database information related to our products, including the Card Management Systems (CMS and CRMS).
- Maintain accurate records of customer data, including changes of address/name, missing data, lost cards, etc.
- Protect sensitive customer information in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Financial Transactions:
- Process and record financial transactions, including receipts, banking, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and refunds.
- General Administrative Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing of related documentation.
- Assist with printing of passes and electronic downloads.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working on databases.
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths, or 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post.
- Skills:
- IT proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Environment:
This is a full-time, temporary position with a salary of £12.43 - £13.45 per annum (dependent on experience). The successful candidate will be required to work a 37-hour week, including early starts and evening work, with a rotating shift pattern.
