Event Monitoring Support Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Monitoring Support Officer to join our team at TransLink. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and punctual response to reported ticket machine faults, minimizing ticketing system downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide event monitoring services to ensure timely and effective response to reported ticket machine faults.
- Collaborate with Ticketing Maintenance Teams to resolve issues and minimize system downtime.
- Utilize fault logging and customer helpdesk systems to track and resolve issues.
- Work closely with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ticketing system operations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year's experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of a normal working week.
- Previous experience using fault logging or customer helpdesk systems is desirable.
