Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Absolute Sales & Marketing Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and monitoring new accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by value, volume, and gross margin for designated areas
- Develop and monitor new accounts to drive business growth
- Respond effectively to targets set and agreed with Operations Manager
- Ensure day-to-day communication with customers is of a high and professional standard
- Monitor all aspects of the sales order process to ensure compliance with procedures
- Provide quotations for customers using company pricing policies and CRM system
- Provide monthly sales reports to Sales Office Manager
- Assist with all aspects of stock purchasing to meet agreed stock turn targets
- Ensure service levels meet customer demand while minimising costs
- Attend all Sales Office Meetings
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales and business development with the ability to manage existing accounts
- Natural self-motivation, drive, and excellent communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
