Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Absolute Sales & Marketing Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and monitoring new accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by value, volume, and gross margin for designated areas
  • Develop and monitor new accounts to drive business growth
  • Respond effectively to targets set and agreed with Operations Manager
  • Ensure day-to-day communication with customers is of a high and professional standard
  • Monitor all aspects of the sales order process to ensure compliance with procedures
  • Provide quotations for customers using company pricing policies and CRM system
  • Provide monthly sales reports to Sales Office Manager
  • Assist with all aspects of stock purchasing to meet agreed stock turn targets
  • Ensure service levels meet customer demand while minimising costs
  • Attend all Sales Office Meetings

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales and business development with the ability to manage existing accounts
  • Natural self-motivation, drive, and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
