Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the M-PACT program for families with children impacted by parental substance misuse.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to facilitate appropriate referrals and assess family suitability for the program.
  • Conduct regular M-PACT sessions across various locations, ensuring quality service delivery and retention of families.
  • Maintain accurate records and case management practices, ensuring compliance with safeguarding protocols.
  • Identify and assess families for program eligibility, and participate in risk assessments.
  • Recruit, train, and support facilitators for the M-PACT program.
  • Facilitate family conferences and ensure clients have comprehensive care plans upon program completion.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with families in community or residential support settings.
  • Proficient in conducting needs and risk assessments.
  • Skilled in facilitating group sessions and structured family meetings.
  • Familiarity with motivational enhancement and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Commitment to professional growth and an open, non-judgmental approach towards clients.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and electronic case management systems.
