Customer Marketing Role
This is a 12-month position in our Customer Marketing Team, requiring an immediate start. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class execution of Customer Marketing programs for brands such as Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, Pledge, and Raid, to meet business objectives in terms of sales, profit, and market share. Key to this is collaborating with brand managers to develop content and plans to grow profitably in both physical stores and the rapidly developing e-commerce channel.
In this role, you will have hands-on experience working within our customer marketing department with exposure to key areas: Business Intelligence, Content Creation, Strategy, and Project Management. You will lead our micro-influencer program, developing strategy, outreach, and community management across several brands.
You will analyze raw market data, interpret, and present insights. Working closely with agencies and brand managers, you will create branded content for e-commerce and in-store channels. You will also support the customer marketing and sales team in organizing and preparing brand days for key customers.
You will be responsible for collating and preparing data, presentations, materials, and props for sales conferences held twice a year. This role requires an undergraduate degree. We are looking for self-starting graduates who have ideally completed a placement in an FMCG company, e-commerce, marketing, or data analytics.
Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with various departments within the business in the UK and overseas.
