We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As a key member of our EMEA Shared Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders.
About the Team/Department
Our Customer Supply Chain function is a dynamic and multilingual team that supports our commercial businesses across the EMEA region. We are looking for a talented individual who can leverage their communication and influencing skills to maximize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- To provide outstanding service to customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and master data.
- To analyze and communicate recommendations to benefit the business, building strong collaborative relationships with trade customers and local business partners.
- To professionally manage stock allocations and ensure effective management of new product listings and delists.
- To ensure the accurate and smooth processing of customer orders and master data in SAP.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
- Supply Chain experience or understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain.
- Previous experience in customer services and order management.
- Intermediate level in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
